Tim Fitzgerald

With over 9 years tenure at Harris, Tim is an experienced business leader and senior executive who is focused on leadership development, strategy, profitable capital deployment and creating enduring organizations via Harris’ proprietary Operational Excellence Framework. Skilled at navigating through complex organizational and market challenges that lead to stronger products, services, cohesive teams and financial performance, Tim is passionate about building & leading successful teams and improving business performance.

Prior to joining Harris Computer Corporation in 2013, Tim worked for software solution providers across multiple industries with a focus on driving growth, improving operational efficiency, and increasing customer and employee retention.

Tim holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Dayton, a J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law and has completed the Workplace Mental Health certificate program from Queen’s University.

Roberta-Gall-Shuagis

Executive Vice President

Roberta has over 25 years in the Healthcare software industry with various roles from Professional Services, Operations, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Operational Excellence. Combined with her financial and clinical experiences, she values patient outcomes along with working to stabilize of healthcare organizations. Her focus is to build top-talent teams to provide the best customer service and drive growth.

As the Executive Vice President of Harris Affinity Decision Support, Roberta is responsible for overseeing the overall operations and strategic direction of the Healthcare software product.

Roberta holds a B.S in Health-Related Professions and Education from the University of Pittsburgh and a Master’s in Health Sciences from Saint Francis University.

Andrew Azzinaro ​

Vice President, Research and Development

Andrew is an accomplished technology leader with more than 25 years of technology and software engineering experience. Andrew’s career history includes executive-level product and program management, quality assurance and testing leadership, solution architecture and software development, project management, and team leadership.

Prior to joining Affinity Decision Support, Andrew was responsible for leading multiple teams to deliver highly scalable, mission-critical public safety software solutions that are in use at several local, state, and federal agencies throughout the United States through his work with the Harris Public Sector division.

Andrew received his B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Rhode Island and is a trained Emergency Medical Technician and a Level B Athletics Coach

Penny Weeks

Vice President, Professional Services

As a senior executive experienced in successfully leading complex operations and long-term projects in multiple sectors, especially healthcare, Penny is a recognized thought leader who fosters client engagement to provide innovation and advancement of healthcare information management throughout the healthcare system. She has also provided strategic direction and leadership for the development and implementation of Ontario’s provincial case costing initiative. Penny earned her MBA from the University of Toronto.

John MacDonough

Vice President, Operations
John is a Professional Services and Operations Executive with over 20 years of experience focusing on Professional Services/Customer Experience. John has experience across various healthcare software companies, leading operations organizations while enhancing performance by establishing standard/repeatable delivery processes, and building/growing high-performing teams while delivering exceptional value to our customer partners. John prides himself in being a results-driven leader who is decisive with expertise delivering an exceptional customer experience through efficient service execution. Additionally, he develops productive partnerships with clients through a combination of ongoing process evaluations, continuous product development, and steadfast focus on exceeding business commitments.
