Harris Affinity is Committed to Customer Success

As part of our continued commitment to improving our customer experience, Harris Affinity launched its Customer Success Program 2020, which includes a variety of initiatives.

Earlier this year, Harris Affinity launched its Customer Success program, which included a variety of initiatives, including a dedicated customer success advocate, remote health checks, increased webinar offerings and more.

Introduction of our Customer Success Advocate

Al Vencer started as our new Customer Success Advocate in March of this year. His role is to ensure your long-term success with Harris Affinity. He is your go-to resource for any account questions, contact list updates, escalations (beyond the normal support team) or any other assistance you may need. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to him anytime via email or phone.

Remote Health Checks

Harris Affinity can conduct a health check on your Decision Support system (ADS), to gain a better understanding of your organizational goals and utilization of the system, which can also include discussions around COVID-19 and the impact to your organization. This process can be done remotely and is free of charge. Contact your account executive or the customer support team to schedule your health check today!

Product Owner Outreach

Felice Zoota-Lucero, ADS product owner, has been and will continue to schedule outreach calls with all clients to discuss the ADS roadmap, solicit product feedback and highlight features that can improve your analysis and processes. Calls will take place through August 2020.

Webinar Series

Our recent webinars have covered a range of relevant topics to support analysis related to the financial impact of COVID-19, including Using ADS for Predictive Analytics Related to COVID-19 and Contract Modeling Best Practices during COVID-19. We also have an upcoming session on COVID-19 Reporting on July 7. Webinars are free to attend.
