Roberta Gall-Shuagis

Executive Vice President

Roberta has over 25 years in the Healthcare software industry with various roles from Professional Services, Operations, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Operational Excellence. Combined with her financial and clinical experiences, she values patient outcomes along with working to stabilize of healthcare organizations. Her focus is to build top-talent teams to provide the best customer service and drive growth.

As the Executive Vice President of Harris Affinity Decision Support™, Roberta is responsible for overseeing the overall operations and strategic direction of the Healthcare software product.

Roberta holds a B.S. in Health-Related Professions and Education from the University of Pittsburgh, and a Master’s in Health Sciences from Saint Francis University.

Joseph Mackin

Vice President, Research & Development

Joe Mackin serves as Vice President of Research and Development at Harris Affinity Decision Support™, where he oversees R&D strategy and execution across the Harris Affinity Decision Support product suite.

With over a 20-plus-year tenure at Harris, Joe grew from a full-stack developer to a seasoned technology leader, building deep expertise in Decision Support and Contract Management solutions.

He is passionate about harnessing advanced analytics and AI to help customers drive stronger financial and operational outcomes.

Tresa Tarbox

Vice President, Operations

Tresa Tarbox is the Vice President of Operations at Harris Affinity Decision Support™, where she leads Professional Services and Client Support Teams, and drives operational strategy, revenue performance, and client success.

She previously served as Director of HR & Finance, as well as Director of Learning Operations for Sedona Learning Solutions, where she led multiple EHR implementation teams, delivering end-user training, and contributed to successful client engagements.

With over two decades of leadership in the healthcare space, she is passionate about her customers and empowering her teams to deliver meaningful services. 

Bernadette Gutierrez

Vice President, Sales & Marketing

Bernadette Gutierrez-Lang is the Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Harris Affinity Decision Support™, where she leads strategic growth initiatives, develops executive-level partnerships, and helps healthcare organizations leverage data-driven insights to improve financial and operational performance.

She brings more than two decades of healthcare leadership and business development experience, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth, building lasting relationships across hospitals, health systems, and physician organizations. Throughout her career, Bernadette has successfully partnered with healthcare executives to address complex challenges through innovative technology, analytics, workforce, and operational solutions.
