The Harris Affinity team is passionate about supporting our customers, who day in and day out are on the front lines of the fight against COVID-19. Read below for a special message from our Executive Vice President, Stephanie Goetz.
The word COVID-19 has become a fixture in our lives. We see it in news headlines, it’s frequently part of our everyday conversations, it has impacted our daily routines and has created challenges for businesses – the list goes on. Like many people, I have wished things could go back to “normal.” The reality is, there is no return to the pre-COVID-19 “normal.”
This is not all doom and gloom! We can use this time to transform how we do business for the better. The Harris Affinity team is passionate about supporting our customers, who day in and day out are on the front lines of the fight against COVID-19. We know the biggest form of revenue comes from elective procedures. With this revenue diminished, hospitals and health systems really need to take a closer look at their purchases and how resources are being used. Our powerful, comprehensive cost-accounting tool is key to analyzing data to quickly isolate areas of cost variance, evaluate options for improvement, and focus on monitoring changes and optimizing resources.
The Harris Affinity team is very astute and here to support our customers in making informed financial decisions. We have combined our market knowledge and feedback from our customers to create dashboards specific to COVID-19 that include features such as trending and profitability analysis. We also are aware that each customer’s situation is unique. With this in mind, we have a knowledgeable team that can take your unique situation and create a custom solution.
Now is the time to create the new “normal.” Harris Affinity is here to make sure our customers have the needed information at their fingertips, so they can make financial decisions quickly, manage costs, and deliver care services in today’s competitive and challenging healthcare environment.
Harris Affinity is all about the answers. What are your questions? How can we help? Let us know.
